I have taught introductory to advanced graphic design course for over twenty years. I love the variety of projects we cover in these courses and guiding students to find their own process and voice.
I teach graphic design because I genuinely enjoy helping people figure out how this stuff actually works. In my classes, we focus on building strong fundamentals, asking good questions, and understanding why a design works, not just how to make it look decent. I try to run my courses more like a working studio than a lecture hall, with real projects, honest critique, and an emphasis on process, professionalism, and follow-through.
The goal is simple: help students leave with stronger skills, clearer thinking, and work they’re confident putting their name on.
